Be sure to include oily fish such as salmon, nuts and seeds, and lots of fruit and vegetables. Depending on your genes, this may or may not prevent stretch marks or make them less severe.
There's no magic combination of foods that can erase stretch marks once you have them, but a nutritious dieting has all sorts of benefits so why not choose to treat yourself the right way?

If you take a cream rich in vitamin E and rub down it into the skin day by day, it will really help. Doing this on cellulite ridden areas may help as well in the appearance of cellulite.

Laser therapy is another choice if you're looking to improve the appearance of stretch marks. For permanent removal, physicians recommends a dual laser treatment performed at a dermatologist's office. The combining of lasers stimulates new collagen and elastic fiber growth to fill in where the marks are. After 3 to 5 treatments, with mild bruising and swelling, the marks should significantly improve, if not disappear completely.
